Labour Ministry Donates Rice to Flood-Affected Residents in Khounkham

ຂປລ On February 13, Phoxay Xayasone, Minister of Labour and Social Welfare and National Assembly candidate No. 1, visited Khounkham District to meet voters during his election campaign and deliver humanitarian assistance.

(KPL) On February 13, Phoxay Xayasone, Minister of Labour and Social Welfare and National Assembly candidate No. 1, visited Khounkham District to meet voters during his election campaign and deliver humanitarian assistance.

On the occasion, he presented 20 tons of white rice valued at 300 million kip to local authorities for distribution to residents in 17 villages affected by the 2025 floods.

The donation was received by district representatives in the presence of Xaysana Khotphouthone, Party Secretary of Khammouane Province, and other relevant officials.
