Accompanied by Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour Thai Thu Xuong, Xayyaphone's delegation visited Viet-Uc Ca Mau One-Member Co. The trade union also plays a key role in encouraging worker participation, promoting social insurance enrollment, and ensuring their access to health, an unemployment and accident insurance, he said.

Xayyaphone commended the Viet-Uc Ca Mau grassroots trade union for its dedication to worker care and its commitment to ensuring their rights and interests. He also lauded the guidance and leadership provided by the Ca Mau provincial Labour Federation in supporting trade union activities in State agencies and enterprises.

The trip provided Xayyaphone with a firsthand look at Ca Mau and the lives of its people. He expressed his positive impressions and a desire to explore the southernmost region of Vietnam further in the future.
