ຂປລ A delegation of international media practitioners covering the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam paid a working visit to the headquarters of Nhan Dan Newspaper on Thursday.

The delegation, which included journalists from the Lao PDR and other nations, engaged in discussions and professional exchanges with Nhan Dan’s editorial staff. The talks centered on news production for both print and electronic platforms, with a particular focus on professional practices and the development of digital journalism.

The visitors were warmly received by Mr. Pham Van Hung, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper—the official publication of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam—alongside other representatives of the newspaper’s leadership.

Its digital platform publishes content in seven languages: Vietnamese, English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, and French. Nhan Dan also maintains a robust correspondent network, with 34 journalists stationed across Vietnam and six based overseas.
The meeting served as a forum to share key achievements and lessons learned by Nhan Dan in recent years. Both sides expressed common interest in strengthening cooperation among media organizations internationally, aiming to advance both print and digital journalism and foster greater information exchange.

Also on January 22, the foreign media delegation visited the headquarters of the Communist Review. There, they were received by Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Ha, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the publication.
