Prime Minister visits Conch Luang Prabang’s cement factory

ຂປລ (KPL) Prime Minister Thongloun Sisoulith on Sep 6 visited the cement factory of Conch Luang Prabang Co., Ltd. The premier was warmly welcome by senior officials and staff of the factory. Conch, one of the world's largest cement producers, has more than 160 subsidiaries in 18 provinces and autonomous regions in China, as well as Indonesia, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia and other countries along "Belt and Road" Initiative, with total cement capacity of 353 million tonnes.



(KPL) Prime Minister Thongloun Sisoulith on Sep 6 visited the cement factory of Conch Luang Prabang Co., Ltd.
The premier was warmly welcome by senior officials and staff of the factory.
Conch, one of the world's largest cement producers, has more than 160 subsidiaries in 18 provinces and autonomous regions in China, as well as Indonesia, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia and other countries along "Belt and Road" Initiative, with total cement capacity of 353 million tonnes.

Conch Luang Prabang, a joint venture between China’s Conch Group and Laos’ Krittaphong Group, is a large company contributing to the realizing of Belt and Road Initiative of China.

The factory has a monthly production capacity of 2,500 tonnes. The company has boasted it will use the world’s cutting edge technology and equipment and uphold environment friendly concept to ensure it provides best quality products in Laos.
