The event, organized by the Central Committee of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party (LPRP), brought together senior leaders, government officials, students, and members of the public in a unified expression of admiration and gratitude. The ceremony featured documentaries, biographical presentations, and cultural performances celebrating President Ho Chi Minh’s revolutionary legacy and steadfast commitment to independence and peace.

In his keynote address, LPRP Secretary General and President of Laos, Comrade Thongloun Sisoulith, lauded Ho Chi Minh as:

“A rare and outstanding figure in world history, founder of the Indochinese Communist Party, and a beacon of light who inspired the revolutionary movements of all three Indochinese nations.”
