Vietnamese Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Arrives in Laos for Official Visit

ຂປລ Pham Gia Tuc, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, arrived at Wattay International Airport in Vientiane on September 21, 2026, to begin an official visit to the Lao PDR.

(KPL) He was welcomed by Dr. Kheugkham Keonouchanh, Deputy Minister and Deputy Head of the Prime Minister’s Office, along with relevant officials and representatives from Laos and Vietnam.

The visit is being made at the invitation of Saleumxay Kommasith, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Lao PDR.

The visit aims to further strengthen the great friendship, special solidarity, comprehensive cooperation and strategic partnership between Laos and Vietnam, while promoting deeper and more effective bilateral cooperation in the years ahead.
