(KPL) The Party-State Inspection Committee of Savannakhet Province held a training session on Party and State inspection and anti-corruption work for officials from 14 districts and Kaysone Phomvihane City on August 17, 2026.
The training was chaired by Mr. Bounchom Oubonpasert, Provincial Party Secretary and President of the Provincial People's Council, and attended by relevant provincial and local officials.
Mr. Saensak Phimvongsa, Chairman of the Party Inspection Committee, State Inspection Authority and Provincial Anti-Corruption Authority, said effective inspection and anti-corruption work is essential to building a clean, transparent and strong Party and State apparatus.
The training covered six areas, including Party and State inspection, strengthening inspection personnel, monitoring state investment projects, preventing and combating corruption, and handling complaints.
Mr. Bounchom urged participants to strengthen their professional capacity and apply the knowledge gained to improve inspection work, prevent corruption and legal violations, and promote good governance across Savannakhet Province.
