(KPL) On July 16, the international peace organization HWPL signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Ministry of Higher Education of Timor-Leste and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with six higher education institutions. The signing ceremony took place in the conference room of the Ministry of Higher Education.

(KPL) Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr Saleumxay Kommasith, and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, Mr. Maris Sangiampongsa, witnessed the handover of 4.6 million baht from the Government of Thailand to the Vanmai Coffee Cooperative in Huaphan Province.

(KPL) On July 24, 2024, in Vientiane, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Saleumxay Kommasith, chaired three major meetings namely: the Meeting of the Southeast Asia Nuclear Weapon-Free Zone Commission, the ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Interface with the Representatives of the ASEAN Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights, and the 1st Informal Consultation on the Implementation of the Five-Point Consensus of ASEAN leaders between former, current, and future ASEAN Chairpersons.

HWPL Eco-Pattani Campaign, Thailand
(KPL) On July 5th, an "Eco-Pattani Campaign, Thailand" event was held, organized by the international peace organization HWPL.
Through this eco project, HWPL aims to enhance the image of the Pattani region in southern Thailand to one of peace, thereby promoting tourism and alleviating regional conflicts.
