(KPL) People living in low-lying areas of the central and southern parts of the country have been warned of possible flash flooding stemming from tropical storm Vamco which was forecasted to enter Laos on 15 September.
As a result, local people in these parts should move their belongings to a safe place, according to the warning issued by the Department of Weather on 14 September. Vamco moved into central Vietnam late Monday evening and was expected to reach Laos yesterday or today. Wind, lightning and heavy rain are expected in the central and southern parts of Laos.
