MOU Signed for Feasibility Study into Transmission Line Factory

KPL (KPL) A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on a feasibility study into a joint venture power transmission line factory was signed by the Electrical Construction and Installation State Enterprise (ECI) and the Zheng Xaio Group of China on 9 January in Vientiane Capital. The factory will manufacture 155 KV-500 KV power cables, including both medium- and low-voltage power cables for both the domestic market and for export.

(KPL) A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on a feasibility study into a joint venture power transmission line factory was signed by the Electrical Construction and InstallationState Enterprise (ECI) and the Zheng Xaio Group of China on 9 January in Vientiane Capital.

            The factory will manufacture 155 KV-500 KV power cables, including both medium- and low-voltage power cables for both the domestic market and for export.

The agreement was signed at theElectrical Construction and InstallationState Enterprise (ECI) by the General Director ofthe State Enterprise (ECI), Mr Bountham Sanphansiri, and President of the Zheng Xaio Group of China, Mr Jiang Zhengyun. 

            The signing ceremony was witnessed by the Director General of the Organisation and Personnel Department of the Ministry of Energy and Mines, Mr Thongphath Inthavong, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Electrical Construction and InstallationState Enterprise, Mr Sypheng Phonamath, and relevant officials.
