(KPL) On Feb 26, 2026, Lao Telecommunications Public Company (Lao Telecom) donated 18 trash bins to the Vientiane Department of Culture and Tourism to support urban cleanliness and tourism promotion.
The donation, valued at 25,750,000 Kip, was formally handed over in Vientiane.
Representing Lao Telecom, Phetsavanh Keonvilay, Deputy Head of Marketing and Sales, presented the bins to Phonchan Phengphouvanh, Deputy Head of the Vientiane Department of Culture and Tourism. Staff from both sides attended the ceremony as witnesses.
The initiative reflects continued cooperation between the private sector and local authorities to improve the urban environment and enhance the visitor experience in the capital.
