The rosewood, known for its endurance, finesse and strength, perfectly symbolises the strong links between Laos and France, and is a sign of both deepening further the relationship and moving it forward. Present youths from both countries attended the ceremony, represented the future generations supporting this unique link and acting as protectors of biodiversity.
This tree of friendship will grow and flourish, just like France offers Laos to continue to do more and better in its partnership, especially sustainable development.
