NA candidates to Vientiane Capital continue urging voters

KPL (KPL) National Assembly candidates to Vientiane Capital continued their public campaign for votes in the upcoming general election of the National Assembly’s 8th legislature in Sisattanak district on 2 March.

(KPL) National Assembly candidates to Vientiane Capital continued their public campaign for votes in the upcoming general election of the National Assembly’s 8th legislature in Sisattanak district on 2 March. 

The activities for the vote campaign were divided into three groups. The first group of candidates was led by Vice President of the National Assembly, Mr Xaysomphone Phomvihane, the second group was led by Vice Vientiane Mayor Mr Anouphab Tounaloum, and the third was led by Head of the National Institute for Study of Policy and Administration, Mr Thongsalith Mangnormek.

With a population of approximately 82,180, there are an estimated 57,839 eligible voters in the 37 villages of Sisattanak district.  There are 86 polling stations for the NA election. 

The candidates have disseminatedinformation and mobilised eligible voters to go and use their right during the upcoming general election of the National Assembly’s 8th legislature scheduled for 20 March.

On the same day, candidates to Vientiane Capital went to meet eligible voters in Souanmone village and Sisattanak district to mobilise eligible voters to use their democratic rights for the general election.
