Japanese Prime Minister Arrives in Vientiane

ຂປລ On the morning of October 10, 2024, Japanese Prime Minister Ishiba Shigeru, along with his delegation, arrived at Wattay International Airport in Vientiane, where they were warmly welcomed by Minister of Education and Sports Phout Simmalavong, who was present in an honorary capacity, and his accompanying delegation.

(KPL) On the morning of October 10, 2024, Japanese Prime Minister Ishiba Shigeru, along with his delegation, arrived at Wattay International Airport in Vientiane, where they were warmly welcomed by Minister of Education and Sports Phout Simmalavong, who was present in an honorary capacity, and his accompanying delegation.

Prime Minister Ishiba Shigeru and his delegation will be conducting an official visit to the Lao PDR and participating in the 27th ASEAN-Japan Summit, the 27th ASEAN Plus Three Summit, and the 19th East Asia Summit from October 10-11, 2024. 

The Japanese Prime Minister is also scheduled to hold official bilateral talks with Prime Minister Sonexay Siphandone.
