KPL Laos is set to reach new heights—literally. Construction is underway on the Lao Center Project, the tallest hotel and condominium development in the country. Mr. Gong Wenzhong, Deputy Managing Director of Qiancheng Real Estate Investment CO.,LTD, said the ambitious project is a collaboration between the Ministry of Public Security, Xiansheng Real Estate Investment Co., Ltd., and Lao Mahasap Development Sole Co., Ltd. The foundation stone was laid and construction officially began in October 2024.

The development is being carried out in two phases. The first phase, a 12-storey auxiliary building, is nearly complete at 90 percent. The second phase will see the main 46-storey tower soar 155 meters, claiming the title of the tallest building in Laos once finished.

Designed as a premium luxury development, the Lao Center Project will feature a five-star hotel, condominium units, a shopping center, restaurants, an outdoor glass swimming pool, a fitness center, conference facilities, and banquet halls. The complex is expected to attract high-level national guests and a growing number of international visitors, boosting both tourism and business in the capital.

The developers are using modern construction technology, internationally recognized design expertise, and high-quality building materials. Mr. Gong emphasized that the project embodies integrity, transparency, sustainable growth, and shared benefits, aiming to set a benchmark for real estate development in Laos. In addition, the team plans to expand international trade operations and provide comprehensive services for clients.

Beyond its architectural significance, the project is expected to contribute to economic, social, and environmental development in Vientiane. It will support urban modernization, improve living standards, and create over 500 new jobs for Lao citizens.

Condominium units are already available for booking. Interested buyers can visit the sales office in front of Parkson Shopping Center or contact 020 5214 3333 or 020 5156 3333 for more information.

As Laos prepares to welcome this towering new landmark, the Lao Center Project symbolizes the nation’s ambitions for urban growth, international investment, and a modern skyline that reflects its evolving status in Southeast Asia.
