Vice President bids farewell to outgoing Hungarian ambassador to Laos

ຂປລ (KPL) On June 10, Vice President Pany Yathortou received a farewell visit from outgoing Ambassador of Hungary to Laos, Mr Sandor Sipos, who is concluding his diplomatic mission in Laos.

(KPL) On June 10, Vice President Pany Yathortou received a farewell visit from outgoing Ambassador of Hungary to Laos, Mr Sandor Sipos, who is concluding his diplomatic mission in Laos.

Ambassador Sandor Sipos has his office based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Vice President Pany appreciated Mr Sandor for his fulfillment in serving as ambassador of Hungary to Lao PDR. During his diplomatic tenure, he has contributed to enhancing and strengthening the friendship and cooperation between Laos and Hungary, particularly through supporting cooperation projects in such areas as finance, agriculture, trade, education, etc.

Vice President Pany also expressed her sincere gratitude to the Hungarian government for providing cooperation and support to the Lao PDR, which has contributed significantly to the socio-economic development of the Lao PDR.

In reply, Mr Sipos also expressed his thanks to the vice president for giving him a warm welcome and expressed his gratitude to the Lao government for providing cooperation and facilitation during his diplomatic tenure in Laos.

He also expressed his confirmation that he will continue to enhance bilateral relations and cooperation between Hungary and Laos, especially enhancing cooperation in the economic field and other sectors to bring concrete benefits to the peoples of the two nations of Hungary and Laos in the future.
