(KPL/VNA) Bangkok is gearing up to host the SPLASH – Soft Power Forum 2025 from July 8 to 11 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, in what is set to become ASEAN’s largest event dedicated to soft power.

Organised by the Thailand Creative Culture Agency (THACCA), the forum, which involves global experts and creative leaders from across 14 cultural sectors, aims to expand Thailand’s presence on the world stage through innovation and cultural exchange.

The event is expected to connect professionals from diverse sectors, including food, film, tourism, music, fashion, Muay Thai, arts, design, gaming, books, series, festivals, and wellness. It will offer opportunities for dialogue, trend discovery, and networking, with an emphasis on creativity as a driver of sustainable growth and global cooperation.

Attendees will include high-level figures from the public and private sectors, both in Thailand and abroad, with delegations expected from the US, Europe, and Asia. The programme features panel discussions, interactive showcases, and presentations of new technologies and ideas that reflect the evolving global role of soft power.

SPLASH 2025 will take place in Halls 1 through 4 of the convention centre. Admission is free, and early registration and group visit options will be announced soon. The forum is a flagship event for THACCA as it continues its work to promote Thailand’s creative sectors as a strategic asset in global cultural engagement.
