KPL On September 11, 2024, Deputy Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism Vansy Kuamua welcomed the delegation from the Vietnam Journalists Association, led by Mr. Nguyen Duc Loi, Vice President of the Association, during their working visit to Laos from September 9 to 13.

(KPL) On September 11, 2024, Deputy Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism Vansy Kuamua welcomed the delegation from the Vietnam Journalists Association, led by Mr. Nguyen Duc Loi, Vice President of the Association, during their working visit to Laos from September 9 to 13.

Mr. Vansy expressed his appreciation for Mr. Nguyen Duc Loi and the delegation's visit, highlighting its significant contribution to strengthening cooperation in various fields, particularly the collaboration between the journalist associations of Laos and Vietnam.

He emphasized the importance of ongoing mutual support, sharing of experiences, and exchange of visits between the two associations, which will foster long-term cooperation. Additionally, he noted that such exchanges will further reinforce the friendship, special solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between the two parties, governments, and peoples of Laos and Vietnam, ensuring continuous growth and development in the future.

In response, Mr. Nguyen expressed his gratitude for the warm reception and outlined his plans for the visit, including bilateral meetings with major Lao media organizations to share insights and lessons. He also commended the comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Laos, especially in the media sector, noting the long-standing exchange of experiences that has contributed to the dynamic and close evolution of media work in both countries.
