The signing ceremony took place at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Vientiane on March 28 between  Mr. Humphan Chilasak, Luang Prabang Health Division and Mr.Yogeshwar Sangwan, India Ambassador to Laos.

Mr. Inthason Thirakhun, Deputy Director of the Economic Department, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, expressed gratitude to the Indian government for its ongoing support. He emphasized the importance of the bilateral cooperation between Laos and India, which has played a vital role in improving economic and social development in rural areas, benefiting local populations.
