(KPL/VNA) Representatives from the Dien Bien provincial Party Committee's inspection commission held talks with a delegation representing the Party inspection - inspectorate commissions of the Lao northern provinces of Phongsaly, Oudomxay and Luang Prabang in Dien Bien Phu city on September 18.
Addressing the event, head of the Dien Bien commission Nguyen Sy Quan highlighted the significance of the Lao delegation’s visit, saying that it contributes to enhancing friendship and cooperation between the localities, thus further boosting the great friendship, special solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between the two countries.
The two sides reviewed the results of their cooperation since 2022 and shared information related to their operations, organisation structures, and experiences in inspection, supervision, and disciplinary enforcement.
They agreed on cooperation orientations for the 2024 – 2026 period
The sides will continue to strengthen activities of communication and education on the revolutionary tradition, great friendship, special solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between the two Parties, and States, as well as the relations between Dien Bien and the Lao northern provinces.
