(KPL) Ministry of Education and Sports has agreed to give the position of President of the Lao Football Federation (LFF) back to Mr Vipheth Sihachack who was the former President of LFF.

(KPL)Ministry of Education and Sports has agreed to give the position of President of the Lao Football Federation (LFF) back to Mr Vipheth Sihachack who was the former President of LFF.
Mr Vipheth had been banned for two years from all soccer-related activities by the International Football Federation based on an allegation that he had money transferred donated money from FIFA to his own bank account.
I will not change any strategy of the LFF, but will strive to improve it by adding new programs to improve and develop the Lao Football Federation,” Mr Vipheth made his commitment at the assumption ceremony held at the Lao Football Federation in Vientiane Capital on Feb 21.
Mr Vipheth was appointed and will replace Acting President of Lao Football Federation, Mr PasatxayPhilaphandeth.
Mr Vipheth will hold this position through 2019.
