(KPL) Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Saleumxay Kommasith on Mar 27 signed a condolence book at Russian Embassy in Vientiane to express condolences over a mass shooting at a concert hall in Krasnogorsk, Moscow on Mar 22. DPM Saleumxay wrote in the book: "On behalf of the Government of the Lao PDR, I would like to extend our heartfelt condolences and share the moment of grief with the people and the Government of the Russian Federation, especially with the bereaved families of the victims in a mass shooting in the Crocus City Hall in Krasnogorsk City of Moscow region on 22 March 2024, which has caused tremendous loss of lives of innocent people and left many wounded. The Lao PDR strongly condemns this terrorist act and stands with the Russian people and the international community in the fight against all forms of terrorism."KPL
