According to provincial news reports, personnel from the Oudomxay Provincial Military Command are carrying out relief work in Lak 4 Village and at a brick factory in Thieu Village, Xay District.
The teams are assisting residents with cleaning and restoring damaged homes, removing mud and debris, and clearing affected areas to help communities recover from the recent floods.
The ongoing operation forms part of broader disaster response efforts by provincial authorities and national defence and public security forces to support communities affected by heavy rainfall and flooding.
