(KPL) A meeting to exchange lessons and experiences between the Department of Justice of Champasack Province and the Department of Justice of Khanh Hoa Province was held on April 21, 2026, at the Champasack Department of Justice.

The meeting was attended by Sonsavanh Sivilay, a member of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Champasack Justice Department, and Tran Van Hieu, Head of the Khanh Hoa Justice Department, along with department leaders and relevant officials from both sides.

During the session, both delegations presented updates on their organizational structures, functions, and key achievements. Discussions focused on strengthening cooperation and sharing practical experience across several areas of the justice sector.

Key topics included technical cooperation through the exchange of professional methodologies and legal standards, as well as best practices in document management, particularly in archiving certified documents. Participants also discussed improving the efficiency of one-stop service systems to streamline document processing and circulation.

In addition, both sides shared approaches to legal advocacy, including strategies for legal training and raising public awareness to promote respect for the law. The meeting also addressed ways to enhance legal research and improve the development of legal documents and regulations.

Officials noted that the two departments have maintained a close and longstanding relationship, with regular reciprocal visits helping to strengthen cooperation and professional ties between the two provinces.
