KPL The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued an official notification regarding Indonesia’s new digital entry system.

The Government of Indonesia has introduced a reformed national entry procedure through the launch of a digital declaration platform called “All Indonesia”, which will be mandatory for all foreigners traveling to the country.

The system is currently being piloted at three international airports—Soekarno-Hatta, Ngurah Rai, and Juanda—and will be implemented nationwide effective October 1, 2025.

The All Indonesia system applies to all foreigners holding Diplomatic, Service, and Ordinary passports who intend to enter or transit through Indonesia. Travelers are required to complete an online form via the official link (provided below this notice) within three days prior to travel. The process includes payment of the Visa-on-Arrival fee, if applicable.

Upon completion, the system will generate a QR Code, which must be saved and presented to Immigration and Customs officials at the port of entry.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs respectfully requests the Foreign Affairs Departments of Vientiane Capital and the provinces to disseminate this information to ensure Lao citizens are fully informed and prepared when planning travel to Indonesia.
