Under the leadership of Mr. Stéphane Gil, the CCIL aspires to become a catalyst for economic growth in Laos and its international partners.
On this occasion, several French companies operating in Laos, actively contributing to the country’s economic development, were highlighted.
Key Figures of the French Business Community in Laos:
Mr. Stéphane Gil, based in Laos since 2020, is the General Manager of BIVAC Laos and LNSW. With extensive experience in developing French expertise and diplomatic relations, he plays a central role in the French economic community, serving as Foreign Trade Advisor for France and President of the CCIL.
Mr. Yvan Bolliet, General Manager of Comin Asia in Laos, is a major player in the construction and engineering sector. A founding member of the French Business Club, he is deeply involved in promoting Franco-Laotian business relations.
Mr. Nicolas Kinzelin, in Laos since 1997, is an experienced entrepreneur who has worked in various sectors such as tourism, telecommunications, and import-export. Founder of Monster Import-Export, he distributes renowned brands like Diversey and Gerflor.
Ms. Emilie Saves, a member of the executive committee of BRED Bank Laos, specializes in risk management and compliance within the banking sector, with expertise in Southeast Asia. She is also involved in education, serving on the finance committee of Santisouk School.
Mr. Jean-Pierre Grzelczyk, Director of Savan Logistics and founder of the Savannakhet Dry Port, is a pillar of the logistics industry in Laos. With a long career in heavy freight transportation across Asia, he plays a key role in developing the country’s logistical infrastructure.
Mr. Michael Michel, General Manager of Ibis Hotel in Vientiane, has 28 years of experience in the hospitality industry, notably with AccorHotels. He is known for his ability to manage multicultural teams and adapt international standards to local realities.
