Houaphanh Provincial Hospital to Offer Free Surgery for Children with Facial Conditions

KPL Houaphanh Provincial Hospital will organise a free surgical programme for children with cleft lip, cleft palate, congenital facial abnormalities, and burn scars from February 7–14, 2026, aiming to improve access to specialised medical care for children in the province and neighbouring areas.

Parents or guardians of eligible children who wish to participate are requested to register in advance to secure a place in the programme.
