(KPL) On November 17, 2025, the competitive spirit is soaring as Champasak Province's athletes embark on a massive day of medal contention at the 12th National Games in Vientiane.

After an impressive start, the Champasak delegation is showing true prowess, having already secured a brilliant collection of 31 medals as of yesterday, November 16. This fantastic haul includes: 8 magnificent Gold Medals, 7 hard-fought Silver Medals and 16 well-deserved Bronze Medals.

A Day Packed with Medal Hopes

Today, the team faces an action-packed schedule, with athletes competing across numerous disciplines with the goal of bringing even more glory back to the province. Key medal rounds and exciting qualifying matches include:

Medal Rounds: Track and Field, Soft Tennis (Men's Doubles), Swimming (7 events), Wrestling (Men's & Women's), Shooting (Women's 10m Air Rifle), and more.

Exciting team events like Football (Men's), Beach Volleyball (Men's), Indoor Volleyball (Men's), Badminton (Women's Team), Petanque, Sepak Takraw, and Table Tennis are all set to heat up the competition.

 Action is centered around the National Sports Complex, Km 16, and Sikeud National Sports Training Centre, with competitions running from early morning until late afternoon.
