(KPL) A group of Lao journalists successfully completed an online training course titled “One Health” held from October 20–22, 2025, in Vientiane Capital.
The training, supported by the French Media Development Agency (CFI), focused on enhancing journalists’ skills in applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) for media production, particularly in creating video clips and improving news presentation.
During the training, participants learned how to use AI tools to create news content, search for information from reliable online sources, and use Gemini to produce video clips. They were also introduced to various AI applications for image generation, voiceovers, and automated news reading, as well as techniques for translating news and producing visual content.
The course further covered the use of Canva and CapCut for video editing, along with practical exercises on using mobile phones and laptops to produce short news videos and summaries suitable for both radio and online platforms.
The training was conducted by Mr. Sisongkham Phimmasean, an expert and owner of the CEO Training Center, who led the participants through the “One Health” topic and its connection to modern journalism and digital content creation.
