(KPL) The Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited of Thailand (MQDC) will launch a high-end residential project to present investment opportunities in real estate market in Bangkok, Thailand to Lao investors at Crown Plaza Hotel in Vientiane on Feb 17-18.
A press conference on the opening of the project was held in Vientiane on Feb 2 in the presence of Vice President of the Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry Khamsen Sisavong, representatives of banks and the media.
MQDC has named Vientiane-based company Green Land Property Development as its sales agent in Laos.
MQDC is a leading real estate developer in Thailand with more than 30 years of experience. MQDC has developed several major projects such as ICONSIAM, residential projects and world-class shopping malls along the Chao Phraya River. The MQDC project caters to all lifestyles and investment goals of leading customers in Laos.
“The Forestias project is the first forest city project in the world which will be developed on an area of over 63 hectares as a perfect combination between nature and modern facilities to build a healthy and happy life,” said Ms. Wilawan Brenig, Vice President of International Market Development at MQDC.
The Forestias consists of residential projects for all age groups under several brands namely: Whizdom for young generation, Mulberry Grove for extended families, Signature Series for private and natural lifestyles, The Aspen Tree for residents aged 50 years plus who seek good health, service and life quality, and the Six Senses designed for all aged groups.
In addition, MQDC will also introduce Whizdom Inspire Sukhumvit and other high-end residential projects in Bangkok under its major True Digital Park project.
