KPL (KPL) On September 23, Deputy Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism Mr Phosy Keomanivong and his delegation continued to participate the 7th Conference on ASEAN plus three Ministers Responsible for Information took place in Da Nang, Vietnam.

(KPL) On September 23, Deputy Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism Mr Phosy Keomanivong and his delegation continued to participate the 7th Conference on ASEAN plus three Ministers Responsible for Information took place in Da Nang, Vietnam.

Phosy said that Laos always attaches to great importance to continuous support and cooperation from ASEAN plus 3 countries based on the work plan to increase ASEAN plus 3 cooperation through information and media during 2018-2023, especially in the field of capacity building through training, meetings, seminars, and technical exchange programs on media cooperation and information, which have been conducted within ASEAN and in ASEAN plus 3 countries in recent years.

Lao PDR has  so far actively participated in many activities and media held in China, Japan, and Republic of Korea, he went on.

 He also expressed his gratitude sincerely and gratefully to the governments of China, Japan and Republic of Korea providing constant support in the past years and hopefully we will continue to cooperate in the future.

At the same time, Mr Phosy reiterated Laos’strong commitment and readiness to work closely with ASEAN member countries and ASEAN plus 3.
