KPL (KPL) Miss Chinnaly Norasing, MG19, has been crowned as the first ever Miss Grand Laos 2017.

(KPL) Miss Chinnaly Norasing, MG19, has been crowned as the first ever Miss Grand Laos 2017.

Miss Chinnaly, 18 years old, has just graduated from Kiettisack International School (secondary school) and plans to study in Singapore next academic year.
Miss Chinnaly will be representing Laos to compete in Miss Grand International 2017 to be held in Vietnam in October this year.

She has received a diamond crown worth 50 million kip (US$6,000), along with 100 million kip (US$12,000) cash, educational scholarship worth 100 million kip (US$12,000), 10 million kip (US$1200) cash from Bountem Gold & Jewelry shop, a laptop and a cosmetics set.

The first runner-up was Miss Phounshab Phonyotha, MG13. She received 30 million kip cash.

Miss Chitsada Vongxaysavath, MG 16, Miss Nidakorn Chandalasan, MG1, and Miss Sengsavanh Sihalath, MG5, were announced as the second, third and fourth runners up, respectively.
