A charity fashion show to be held early next month

KPL (KPL) The Wow Dara charity fashion show will be held on Jun 1 at ITECC (Vientiane) in celebrating the National Arbour Day and the International Children's Day.

(KPL) The Wow Dara charity fashion show will be held on Jun 1 at ITECC (Vientiane) in celebrating the National Arbour Day and the International Children's Day.

The event will feature fashion works and designs from leading designers including My Style, Khampao, Vinus, Khampoun, Manivone, Kamu, and Thaveth.

The event aims to raise funds for schools in need namely That Khao Autistics School, Special Education School and Phonsinouan School.

Mr Candy Keovilay, owner of Vinus clothing store, said: On June 1, we will have a fashion show at ITECC from 12:00 am to 1:00 pm. There will be 7 booths showing Lao clothes that will be presented by more than 70 female and male models.

“I would like to invite everyone to attend the fashion show. As for our Kamu clothing booth, there will be more than 10 beautiful traditional Lao clothes to be presented so that the public will have broader knowledge of clothing worn by Kamu ethnic group,” said Ms Mone Xayavong.
