Multiple Sectors Provide Financial Support for XII National Party Congress

KPL On January 6, 2026, representatives from public and private sectors presented financial contributions, consumer goods, and souvenirs to the Lao Government in support of the XII National Congress of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party (LPRP), being held in Vientiane Capital from January 6–8, 2026.

(KPL) On January 6, 2026, representatives from public and private sectors presented financial contributions, consumer goods, and souvenirs to the Lao Government in support of the XII National Congress of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party (LPRP), being held in Vientiane Capital from January 6–8, 2026.

The donations were officially received by Mr. Santiphab Phomvihane, Minister of Finance, in the presence of senior officials and representatives from relevant ministries, sectors, and organizations.

Contributions from Public and Private Sectors

The collective support reflected strong unity and shared responsibility among provincial authorities and major enterprises. Contributions included:

Lao Fuel Company: 700 million LAK

Lao State Lottery Company: 500 million LAK

PTL Holding Company: 500 million LAK

Lao Brewery Company: 480 million LAK

Mineral Water Company: 240 million LAK, including drinking water

Champassak Province: More than 100 million LAK and consumer goods

Phongsavanh Bank: 100 million LAK

Latsavong Hotel: 100 million LAK

Phongsaly Province: 50 million LAK

Luang Namtha Province: 50 million LAK

Saravane Province: 50 million LAK

Ensuring a Successful Congress

On behalf of the Lao Government, Minister Santiphab Phomvihane expressed sincere appreciation to all contributing sectors for their strong support and recognition of the importance of the XII National Party Congress.

He emphasized that the contributions play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth organization and successful implementation of the Congress’s agenda and historic objectives. The Minister further assured that all funds and resources received will be managed efficiently and transparently to guarantee that the Congress proceeds in an orderly and uninterrupted manner.
