Key attendees included Mr. Somsavath Phongsar, Director of the Department of Mass Media; Savankhone Razamuntry, President of the Lao Journalists’ Association; Keo-Amphone Souvanaphoum, CARE Country Director; and EU Ambassador Marc Galagher. More than 80 participants from government media, civil society and digital platforms took part in the event.
