KPL (KPL/Prensa Latina) The Ibero-American Congress on Science and Technology Management, Ibergecyt 2025, opens at the Havana-based Conference Center on Tuesday.

(KPL/Prensa Latina) The Ibero-American Congress on Science and Technology Management, Ibergecyt 2025, opens at the Havana-based Conference Center on Tuesday.

The event is convened by the Knowledge and Technology Management Company (GECYT), comprised of the InnoMAX Business Group and the Delegation of the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Environment (CITMA) of Havana.

GECYT General Director Yadira Carrillo Frias told Prensa Latina that the Congress aims to facilitate the exchange of experiences among participants on issues related to knowledge management, innovation, and technology.

Scheduled for November 4-7, the event is geared towards entrepreneurs, government representatives, innovators, scientists, academicians, and students.

The CITMA headquarters official noted that staff from universities, information centers, science and technology parks, and several economic actors are also expected to attend the Congress.
