Vietnam’s PM arrives in Vientiane

KPL (KPL) Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and a delegation of senior officials of Vietnam have arrived in Vientiane this morning on an official visit to Laos in response to the invitation of his Lao counterpart Sonexay Siphandone.

(KPL) Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and a delegation of senior officials of Vietnam have arrived in Vientiane this morning on an official visit to Laos in response to the invitation of his Lao counterpart Sonexay Siphandone.

This is Pham Minh Chinh’s first Laos visit since his appointment to the post in April 2021.

The Vietnamese government leader is expected to participate in the 45th meeting of Laos-Vietnam Inter-Governmental Committee on Bilateral Cooperation, to be held on Jan 11-12.

The visit aims to enhance the great friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between Laos and Vietnam.
