The Commission for Information and Education of the Central Committee (CIECC) held a meeting on March 17 in Vientiane to disseminate and deepen understanding of the resolutions adopted at the 12th National Party Congress, along with a lecture commemorating the 71st anniversary of the founding of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party.
The meeting was chaired by Khamphane Pheuyavong, member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Committee and Head of CIECC.
Participants included members of the Party Standing Committee, Party members, heads of grassroots Party units, department directors, institute heads and other key officials.
During the session, Khamphane Pheuyavong delivered a presentation on disseminating and implementing the resolutions of the 12th National Party Congress.
LaopaoXong Navongxay, member of the Central Committee and Deputy Head of CIECC, presented key orientations of the country’s 10th National Socio-Economic Development Plan.
In the afternoon, Vilavone Phanthavong, member of the Party Standing Committee and Deputy Head of CIECC, delivered a lecture highlighting the 71-year history and founding of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party.
The meeting aimed to strengthen understanding among officials of the Party’s traditions and important national milestones, encouraging them to translate the spirit of the Party’s resolutions into practical actions in their respective responsibilities.
