Improved financial governance and transparency

Enhanced support for journalism, technical, and administrative units

The center has consolidated its operational units from 84 to 68 and continues to restructure departments to boost efficiency. It also plans to enhance professional development through political theory courses, exchange programs, and workshops for staff and local partners.

Deputy Prime Minister Kikeo stressed the need for strong political awareness, ethical discipline, and a results-oriented work ethic in public service, particularly within media and cultural sectors.

Looking forward, the Ministry will finalize its 2026 budget proposal to support the revamped center and meet modern communication demands. Both leaders reaffirmed their commitment to professionalizing staff, enhancing institutional capacity, and positioning the training center as a national model for cultural and media development.
