The funding agreement was signed on January 13 at the provincial administration office between the Director of the Kasi District Education and Sports Office, Layu Senchayvouth, and Japanese Ambassador to Laos Koizumi Tsutomu.

The signing ceremony was witnessed by Vientiane Province Governor Khamphanh Sitthidampha and representatives of relevant authorities.

On this occasion, Mr. Khamphanh Sitthidampha, who also serves as the Party Secretary of the northern province, expressed gratitude to the Japanese government for its generous support.
