Police Confirm the Deaths of Foreign Tourists in Vangvieng

KPL Authorities are gathering evidence and witness accounts regarding the incident in which tourists lost their lives in Vangvieng, Vientiane Province. According to a report from the relevant officials, on November 13, 2024, three tourists died in Vangvieng District, Vientiane Province. Among the victims were two Danish nationals, both female, and one American national. The suspected cause of the death is believed to be the consumption of tainted alcoholic beverages.

According to a report from the relevant officials, on November 13, 2024, three tourists died in Vangvieng District, Vientiane Province.
