The event gathered a diverse range of participants, including representatives from Luang Prabang’s provincial leadership, the United Nations in the Lao PDR, ASEAN senior youth officials, the ASEAN Secretariat, youth representatives from ASEAN member states, Timor-Leste, and other invited guests.

In his opening remarks, Mr. Monxay emphasized the importance of the dialogue in showcasing youth’s leading role in the region.
