I offered conference on this important topic that covers from the transcendent fact of the Cuban Revolution, Cuba's relations with Asia and Latin America, the heroic resistance of Laos to achieve its independence and the tenacious struggle of Cuba vs blockade.
We thank the local government, the Friendship Association, the Chancellor and Laos friends for such a beautiful and heartfelt moment, preceded by the meeting with the Secretary of the LPRP provincial committee and Governor, maximum authority of the northern province.
An enthusiastic group was permanent companion at this unforgettable event.
