President of Timor-Leste arrives in Vientiane for a state visit

KPL (KPL) President of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste Jose Ramos Horta and his high-ranking delegation arrived in Vientiane yesterday, Feb 27, for a state visit in response to the invitation of President Thongloun Sisoulith.

(KPL) President of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste Jose Ramos Horta and his high-ranking delegation arrived in Vientiane yesterday, Feb 27, for a state visit in response to the invitation of President Thongloun Sisoulith.

The Timor President was greeted at Wattay International Airport by Head of the Presidential Office Khemmany Pholsena.

Scheduled for Feb 27-Mar 2, the visit by the Timor President aims to further strengthen the relations and cooperation between the Lao PDR and Timor-Leste, according to an announcement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
