President Thongloun Sisoulith to Pay State Visit to China

KPL President Thongloun Sisoulith will pay a state visit to the People's Republic of China from 2–6 June 2026 at the invitation of Chinese President Xi Jinping.

The visit aims to further strengthen the longstanding friendship and cooperation between Laos and China and advance the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries.

It is also expected to promote closer bilateral relations and enhance cooperation across various areas of mutual interest, contributing to the continued development of Laos–China ties.
