New Head of PCC Commission for External Relations Announced

KPL Mr. Bounleua Phandanouvong has been elected as Secretary of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party (LPRP) Central Committee and Head of the LPRP Central Committee’s Commission for External Relations.


 

(KPL) Mr. Bounleua Phandanouvong has been elected as Secretary of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party (LPRP) Central Committee and Head of the LPRP Central Committee’s Commission for External Relations.

An announcement ceremony was held in Vientiane on Aug 12, attended by Party Central Committee Secretary and Vice President of the National Assembly Sounthone Xayachak, representatives of Party organisations, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and other relevant officials.

In her remarks, Sounthone congratulated the newly elected official, noting that his appointment reflects the trust the Politburo and the Party Central Committee Secretariat have placed in him, as well as his hard work and dedication in fulfilling his political duties over the past years.
