(KPL) On April 29, President of the Office of the Supreme People's Prosecutor Xaysana Khotphouthone received the outgoing Japanese Ambassador to Laos Kobayashi Kenichi as the latter has completed his diplomatic duties in Laos.
(KPL) On April 29, President of the Office of the Supreme People's Prosecutor Xaysana Khotphouthone received the outgoing Japanese Ambassador to Laos Kobayashi Kenichi as the latter has completed his diplomatic duties in Laos.
On this occasion, Mr Xaysana expressed his appreciation to Mr Kobayashi Kenichi for his significant contribution to strengthening the relations and cooperation between the Lao PDR and Japan, and mobilization of Japan’s assistance for socio-economic development of the Lao PDR, including development in the justice sector.
The host also wished the outgoing Japanese Ambassador a safe home trip.
In reply, Mr Kobayashi Kenichi expressed his gratitude to the President of the Office of the Supreme People's Prosecutor for facilitating the fulfillment of his diplomatic duties in the Lao PDR.
The ambassador also assured the host that he will continue to contribute to strengthening the cooperation between Laos and Japan.
