This year’s observance, which aligns with the global celebration hosted by South Korea under the theme “Beating Plastic Pollution,” marks the 52nd World Environment Day and 26th National Environment Day for Laos.
In his message, the Prime Minister emphasized the urgent need to tackle climate change, reduce plastic use, and address broader environmental threats that endanger human life and biodiversity.
