(KPL) Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Saleumxay Kommasith, representing the government of the Lao PDR and the management of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs signed in Vientiane yesterday afternoon a book expressing condolences over the terrorist attacks in Paris, France on the night of 13 November.
The message reads: I have learned with deep sadness about the tragic event caused by the barbaric act by terrorists at theatres, restaurants, and the National Stadium in Paris which resulted in the loss of many human lives. We strongly condemn such acts by terrorists.
On behalf of the Government and people of Laos, we wish to express our deep condolences to the Government and people of the French Republic, and especially to the families of the victims of the tragedy.
The Lao PDR will continue to cooperate with the international community in the fight against all forms of terrorism.
