The event was attended by Mr. Bounthong Chitmany, Vice President of Laos, along with his spouse. Other distinguished attendees included Mr. Phongsavanh Sitthavong, Governor of Xayabuly Province, also accompanied by his spouse, along with high-ranking party-state leaders, provincial officials, domestic and international guests, and local residents.
